Most schools in the United States are required to adopt NEW State Standards for Math and English called Common Core (CCSS). The Common Core is a set of high-quality academic standards in mathematics and English language arts/literacy (ELA). According to the State Board of Education, these new standards will bemore rigorous and in-depth than previous state standards.

MathEdge understands how these new standards differ from previous standards. To ensure students are prepared for the level of rigor and depth required by the CCSS, we have developed a CCSS-aligned program designed to meet the diverse needs of all students. Our Common Core program covers and surpasses the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), local state standards, and most international standards.

Why learn Common Core  from MathEdge?

MathEdge is a pioneer in teaching problem solving skills. For what Common Core promotes now, MathEdge has been teaching that for over a decade.

Our approach is based on rigorous content and application of knowledge through higher-order thinking and reflects the skills students will need to make sense of problems and persevere in solving them, to reason abstractly and quantitatively, to construct viable arguments and critique the reasoning of others, to attend to precision, to look for and make use of structure, and to look for and express regularity in repeated reasoning.

Each student can pace himself/herself under expert guidance and is encouraged to advance to his/her full potential.

Techniques learnt from MathEdge guarantee a measurable difference not just in academic progress but also improve confidence, motivation, and concentration levels that will help build a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
